Completion of Japfa Swine Performance Alert MVP

AgileAlgo has successfully completed the MVP Phase of Japfa’s JINI AI Project, which was awarded on February 15, 2024. The project focuses on improving swine performance monitoring and providing price feed insights, primarily for Japfa's operations in Vietnam. AgileAlgo delivered and deployed multiple machine learning models and established essential digital infrastructure to meet the project’s objectives.

 

Key achievements of the MVP Phase, completed by May 31, 2024, include:

• A study report on swine performance monitoring and price feed information.

 

• Deployment of three predictive machine learning models to monitor and alert on swine performance in Vietnam.
   

• An email notification engine for performance alerts.
   

• Price feed advisory insights through data analysis, replacing one ML model.
   

• Setting up development, testing, and production environments on AWS Singapore, with the development environment hosted by AgileAlgo.
   

• Deployment of AgileAlgo's VSI platform with integrated ML models for swine performance monitoring.

 

With the JINI MVP Phase completed, Japfa's digitalization and AI-driven performance systems are well-positioned for JINI 1.0 Phase of work. AgileAlgo looks forward to continued collaboration on future phases of the JINI AI program.
